Small estate founded in 2009 by István Ipacs Szabó (head winemaker of Vylyan 1999–2021) between Máriagyűd and the Tenkes Csárda on the southern slopes of the Villány hills; he does all the work himself from planting to winemaking, exploring the faces of Cabernet Franc (Villányi Franc). No regular hospitality, visits strictly by appointment; wines via webshop, a pick-up point in Siklós and the Zso-Li wine house in Villány.
