Asociace profesionálních včelařů, z. s. (APV)

An association of beekeepers for whom beekeeping is their main source of income. Founded in 2013 as the successor of the ČSV professional beekeepers' guild; according to its website it brings together 48 bee farms with about 11,600 colonies. It works in the beekeeping commodity council of the Agrární komora ČR and represents members on subsidies, bee health and the sale of Czech honey.

Voluntary. Natural and legal persons with a keeper registration number and registered colonies can join. The application must be accompanied by proof of 5 years of beekeeping practice and a copy of a beekeeping qualification; the association decides on admission.

The organisation does not publish its membership fee — please ask them directly.
