Ovocnářská unie České republiky, z. s. (OUČR)

The Czech professional association of fruit growers and fruit nurseries, founded in 1992. Its about 600 members farm some 11,500 ha of intensive orchards and nurseries; it consists of five regional unions that provide advice, training and study tours. It is a member of the associations' chamber of the Agrární komora ČR and represents growers before ministries and parliament.

Voluntary. Commercial fruit growers and nurseries of any business form can join, usually through their regional union. Within the union there are specialised groups for integrated fruit production (SISPO), fruit storage (SSO) and nurseries (ŠS).

The organisation does not publish its membership fee — please ask them directly.
