The Bauernverband Hamburg e.V. (BVHH) is the voluntary farmers' union of the city-state of Hamburg. It represents farmers, market gardeners, vegetable and fruit growers and rural residents before the Hamburg parliament, the Senate, the authorities and the public on agricultural, economic, legal, tax and training matters. It is a member of the German Farmers' Association (Deutscher Bauernverband); its office is at Brennerhof.
Voluntary. Farmers and farm businesses in Hamburg can join. The office sends the membership papers on request by phone or e-mail; the website gives no further conditions.
The organisation does not publish its membership fee — please ask directly. The office provides information together with the membership papers.
