The national professional organisation of Spanish beef cattle producers; by its own account it represents about 70% of Spain's beef production. It is made up of regional associations, with branches in Aragon (ARABOVIS), Castilla-La Mancha, Castilla y León and Catalonia, and direct members in other regions. It represents producers with the authorities; its agronomists and vets give technical and legal advice; it organises training and technical days and publishes a free magazine. It coordinates the national antibiotic-reduction plan for beef cattle (PRAN – Plan Reduce).
Voluntary. Beef cattle producers can join, through a regional branch or directly; you apply on the „Asóciate” page of the website.
The organisation does not publish its membership fee — please ask directly.
