Voluntary
The interprofessional body of the French broiler and table-poultry sector, recognised by order in September 2018. It brings together about 20 professional organisations from hatching, feed, farming and processing to retail and catering (chicken, turkey, duck, guinea fowl, quail, pigeon). It publishes market data and indicators, coordinates technical and scientific work and promotes the "Volaille Française" label. It is for farmers raising table poultry.
There is no individual membership; farmers are represented by the member federations. Farmers do not have to join, and public sources do not show that poultry farmers pay a compulsory levy directly. If you raise poultry, ask your federation.
The organisation does not publish its membership fee — ask them directly.
For information only, not legal advice. Mandatory membership is set by local law — each profile lists its source.
