Voluntary
The recognised breeding organisation for the Hungarian Giant rabbit (a native breed) in Hungary; seat: Szatymaz. According to the NÉBIH register of breeding organisations it keeps the pedigree register and carries out the breeding programme. We found no website of its own, so little public information is available about its work.
Voluntary. Breeders of the breed (natural and legal persons) can join; the detailed conditions are set out in the association's statutes, which are not publicly available. Membership is voluntary, but only members can take part in the breed's breeding programme — which you need if you want to produce and sell registered breeding animals (2019. évi LVI. törvény, 188/2019. (VII. 30.) Korm. rendelet).
The organisation does not publish its membership fee — ask them directly.
For information only, not legal advice. Mandatory membership is set by local law — each profile lists its source.
