Who are they?

About

The national organisation of Austria's sugar beet growers (VÖR), known as “Die Rübenbauern”. It brings together four provincial organisations: Lower Austria and Vienna, Upper Austria, Burgenland and Styria. It negotiates growing conditions and the beet price with the sugar processor (AGRANA) and represents growers on sugar market issues.
