Zveza rejcev govedi rjave pasme Slovenije (ZRGRPS)

Zveza rejcev govedi rjave pasme Slovenije is the union of Slovenian breeders of Brown cattle (Brown Swiss), founded in Vrhnika in 1992. Since 2011 it has been the recognised breeding organisation (priznana rejska organizacija) for the Brown breed: it runs the breeding programme, keeps the herdbook, selects bulls and organises national shows. It is a member of the European and world Brown Swiss federations. It is for farmers keeping Brown cattle.

Membership is voluntary. The founders and members of the union are the regional cattle breeders' associations (govedorejska društva) that bring together Brown cattle breeders; farmers join through their local association. Animals are entered into the breeding programme by a separate declaration.

The organisation does not publish its membership fee — ask them directly.
