Bundes-Obstbauverband Österreichs (BOV)

The national umbrella association for Austrian fruit growing, founded on 23 October 1965 as the head organisation of the provincial fruit growers' associations (Landesobstbauverbände), based in Vienna. Its aims are to preserve and promote fruit growing, boost sales of fruit products and represent the Austrian fruit sector at home and abroad. It is non-profit and a full member of ÖBOG (the Austrian fruit and vegetable sector association).

Voluntary. Its members are the provincial fruit growers' associations; a fruit grower takes part through their own provincial association.

Organisational fee — does not apply directly to farms; the amount is not published.
