Voluntary
The voluntary association of the Czech food industry (despite the word “komora”, it is a registered association, not a public-law chamber). Its members are food companies and sector associations. It represents the food industry towards state bodies and EU organisations, comments on legislation, organises events and training, and runs a quality label programme. It is relevant to a farmer who processes food; farmers usually take part through their sector association.
Membership is voluntary. Members are food businesses or professional associations; the website offers a registration form and a member service agreement, and a partner (non-member) agreement is also possible. Detailed admission criteria are not published.
Members pay an annual fee for services and information based on company turnover (2026, excl.
