RinderAllianz is a cattle breeding, AI and marketing company in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania and Saxony-Anhalt, headquartered in Woldegk. Its owners are Milchkontroll- und Rinderzuchtverband eG (MRV, Mecklenburg), Rinderzuchtverband Sachsen-Anhalt eG (RSA) and Rinderzucht Schleswig-Holstein eG. The herdbook is kept by the two state cooperatives; in September 2025 they recorded 378 dairy and 450 beef herdbook farms. It takes part in the Phönix Group breeding programme.
Voluntary. The farmer joins the state breeding cooperative (Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania: MRV eG; Saxony-Anhalt: RSA eG); RinderAllianz GmbH is their joint service company. The admission conditions are set out in the cooperatives' statutes (available on the RinderAllianz website).
Under the fee schedule of Rinderzuchtverband Sachsen-Anhalt valid from 1 January 2024, the dairy membership fee is a basic EUR 50 per farm plus EUR 2.40 per cow (1–200 cows), EUR 2.20 (201–500), EUR 2.00 (501–1000), EUR 1.80 (over 1000); the beef membership fee is EUR 30–50 per farm plus a fee per cow. MRV eG fees are in its fee schedule valid from 1 October 2026.
