A Spanish non-profit scientific and technical association working since 1992 to develop organic farming and agroecology. It reports more than 900 members: advisers, inspectors, trainers and researchers as well as organic farmers, processors and traders. It carries out research, training (including free online courses), advice and outreach, and publishes the journals Revista Ae and Revista Agroecología. Its head office is in Catarroja (Valencia) with an office in Palma (Mallorca); it is a member of IFOAM Organics Europe.
Voluntary. Any individual, association, institution or company that supports organic production and agroecology can join. Membership is taken out on the website („Hazte socio/a”).
According to the website (2026) the fee is €60 for working individuals and companies and €30 for students, unemployed and retired people (with proof). It includes a subscription to the quarterly Revista Ae; members get 10% off congresses, training and publications. The website does not say how often the fee is due.
