The professional body for French sheep farmers, a specialised association of the FNSEA; it represents both meat and dairy sheep farming. Its board is made up of farmers elected from the country's sheep-farming regions. Its main topics are the profitability of sheep farming, predators (wolf, bear), wool, sheep milk and CAP support. It has no website of its own (fno.asso.fr redirects to its Facebook page) and is based at the Maison nationale des éleveurs in Paris.
