The agricultural and fisheries branch of AGCI (Associazione Generale Cooperative Italiane, 1952), the new name of the former AGCI Agrital and AGCI Agroalimentare Pesca e Acquacoltura. It brings together cooperatives along the whole chain, from farming, processing and marketing to fishing and aquaculture. It provides representation, cooperative audits and specialist services and, through the Alleanza delle Cooperative Italiane, is a member of Cogeca.
Voluntary. Its members are agricultural, food, fishing and aquaculture cooperatives belonging to AGCI, not individual farmers. Farmers are linked through their cooperative; AGCI's regional and provincial associations give information on joining.
The organisation does not publish its membership fee — please ask directly.
