No direct farmer membership
The national federation of cattle breed societies and one of the founding members of the Hungarian Livestock Breeders' Association (MÁSZ). It unites twelve breed societies, including breeders of Holstein-Friesian, Hungarian Simmental (magyartarka), Hungarian Grey, Charolais, Limousin and Blonde d'Aquitaine, Hereford–Angus–Galloway, British beef breeds and buffalo. No website of its own was found.
Farmers are not direct members: a farmer joins the breed society of the breed they keep (e.g. Holstein-fríz Tenyésztők Egyesülete, Magyartarka Tenyésztők Egyesülete), and the society is linked to national representation through the federation and MÁSZ.
Does not apply to individual farms directly: the federation's members are breed societies; the farmer pays a fee to their own breed society. No amount is published for the federation.
