Rinderzuchtverband und Erzeugergemeinschaft Oberösterreich (RZO)

The cattle breeding association and producer group of Upper Austria, based in Freistadt. It works in breeding and livestock marketing: it holds auctions in Freistadt and Regau and runs calf collection points and slaughter cattle marketing. Its main breeds are Fleckvieh, Brown Swiss, Holstein and Jersey. Member of Rinderzucht Austria.

Voluntary membership for cattle keepers in Upper Austria. To have cows entered in the herd book (Herdebuch) and to sell breeding stock at the association's auctions, you take part in the association's breeding programme, which in practice goes through membership. The website does not state exact entry conditions.
