Voluntary
The largest organisation of agricultural employers in the Czech Republic, bringing together farming companies, cooperatives, marketing cooperatives and farmers. It grew out of a predecessor founded in 1968 (Svaz družstevních rolníků) and has had its present name since 2001. It signs a collective agreement with the trade union every year, represents members in law-making, and is a member of Copa-Cogeca and of the Agrární komora ČR.
Voluntary. Any natural or legal person who is an employer in agricultural production in the Czech Republic can join, as can a natural person working for the benefit of agriculture or the countryside. A free one-month trial membership is available.
The organisation does not publish its membership fee — ask directly.
For information only, not legal advice. Mandatory membership is set by local law — each profile lists its source.
