Who are they?

About

An association of organic producers, technical advisers and consumers founded in Turin in 1988 that mainly represents organic farmers. It has a federal structure: a central office plus 15 autonomous regional associations. It awards its own quality labels (e.g. GaranziaAIAB, bio-ecological farm stays), gives technical advice and organises bio-districts, organic school-meal schemes and short supply chains. It is a member of IFOAM and La Via Campesina.
